Herb Pharm prepares Valerian Glycerite from the rhizome and root of Valeriana officinalis plants. The rhizome & roots are harvested in both autumn and spring.

All their Glycerites are made using 100% non-palm glycerin to avoid contributing to global rainforest deforestation. Instead of palm, they use Certified Organic corn glycerin. Herb Pharm assures herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then confirms it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb.

Suggested Use

Shake well before using. Two to five times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water. Dilute drops in 2 oz., of water or juice, up to 4 times per day for general relaxation. May be taken 1 hour before bed and again at bedtime. Best taken between meals
